AD:VENTURE Business Manager
Your dedicated AD:VENTURE business manager will be your go to contact as you grow your business.
They will help you navigate the landscape of business support, ensuring you know what’s available to you and understand how to access it.
They’ll act as your critical friend, that vital sounding board you really need when you have big decisions to make.
Our clients tell us having access to their own business manager helps them in so many ways. It can help with the obvious things like business knowledge and know how, how to approach finance and funding applications, developing strategies, managing legislative and statutory requirements, creating connections, and building networks.
All of this is important yes, however, other benefits that are also critical for the new business owner are building confidence, helping you to appreciate your own value, providing clarity when things feel a bit too much, and most important of all, supporting your wellbeing as you start out.
It can be a lonely place and we make sure you have a friend in your corner when you most need it. We’ll help you to focus on the business, and not get stuck in it. An all-too-common issue for founders!
Having one to one support will help you manage your time, your resources and help you prioritise your actions.
